It is with great pride that HeavyHorse Hills has partnered with the Badin Inn Golf Resort & Club located in Badin, North Carolina and will be providing Custom Horse Drawn Carriage Services exclusively at their location for weddings and special events. The Badin Inn Golf Resort & Inn is able to host weddings and special events from 20-115 guests.
While this opens up a number of wonderful possibilities for HeavyHorse Hills it does prohibit our ability to provide our services to clients outside of the Badin Inn Golf Resort & Club location.

Upon completion of the Wedding Ceremony, HeavyHorse Hills will bring the newly married couple to the Reception festivities, allowing the couple to make their first grand entrance as Husband and Wife by Horse Drawn Carriage.
During the reception music and DJ services will be provided by Split Second Sound. They will provide highly trained and experienced MC/DJ entertainers who can act as the Reception Coordinator and will keep the party going smoothly. The number of Servers will be tailored to accommodate the amount of guests in attendance.
Upon completion of the Reception the Badin Inn Golf Resort & Club Staff will handle the entire breakdown and clean-up from your event, allowing your family and friends to say goodnight without the stress of the event aftermath.
Golfing for Groom & Groomsmen
The day of the wedding, a golf outing will be arranged for the Groom and 8 of his Groomsmen or family, allowing them enjoy the distinguished Badin Inn Golf Course. This relaxed camaraderie will enable them to unwind before the days hectic events begin.
Bride & Groom Honeymoon Suite
Once the festivities have come to an end, the guests have departed and things appear to be over, the Bride and Groom will have something more to look forward to before this special day comes to an end. They will enjoy the start of their private Honeymoon in the Old Historic Badin Suite the Night of the Wedding.
This Suite will also be used by the Bride and her attendants as a Dressing Room the day of the Wedding. Allowing the Bride to relax and be pampered in historic elegance. It is a place for those precious moments to occur; mother and daughter share a tender hug or maybe a sister or dear friend helps with the Brides with her veil.
Morning After Breakfast
The day after the Wedding things can be a little hectic, with this in mind the Badin Inn would like to things to run a little smoother so included in this package are a maximum of 20 Breakfast Tickets for the Bridal Party. You may choose the guests who will receive these tickets and they can dine at the Badin Inn?s Johnny Palmer Pub & Grill at their leisure. Breakfast will consist of a continental fare prepared for your guests.

Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner
The Rehearsal will be held in the Rose Garden followed by the Rehearsal Dinner for a maximum of 20 People and is available for the family for up to 3 hours.
The Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner includes the complete set-up of all tables, chairs, centerpieces, linens, china and more for the event.
To further enhance the event, low background music will be provided during the Rehearsal Dinner.
The staff will also set-up any additional decorations provided by the family.The number of Servers will be tailored to accommodate the amount of guests in attendance.
Wedding Ceremony
The Wedding Ceremony will be held in the Rose Garden at the Wedding Gazebo. There will be up to 100 white chairs lined up facing the Gazebo for your guests. A romantic Walk Way Carpet will be placed down the center isle for the Bride and Bridal Party to walk down.
The decorations for the Gazebo and the Chair Ribbons lining the isle will be tailor to the Brides Wedding Colors. The staff will set-up any additional decorations provided by the family.
As your guests arrive they will be greeted by Park Inc.'s Valet Parking Staff enabling your guests to focus on their seating while we park their vehicles.
To further enhance the elegance of your Ceremony, HeavyHorse Hills will provide an elegant Horse Drawn Carriage that will bring the Bride to the Ceremony making for a grand entrance. Upon completion of the Ceremony the Horse Drawn Carriage will then whisk the newly married couple away for a few moments of privacy before they return to the festivities of the Reception, making another grand entrance as Husband and Wife.
Wedding Reception
The Wedding Reception will be tailored for up to 100 guests and will allow the Bride her choice of delicacies from the Wedding Reception Menu. Also include is a Champagne Toast.
The Badin Inn Centerpieces will be tailor to the Brides Wedding Colors. The staff will set-up any additional decorations provided by the family.
Guests arriving for the Reception will also be greeted by Park Inc.'s Valet Parking Staff enabling your guests to focus on their seating while the staff parks their vehicles.

We offer a vis-a-vis limousine style carriage for our couples. The carriage is designed for romantic side-by-side snuggling of our couples or allows four to six people to sit face-to-face. The regal black carriage with rich royal blue interior makes it one of a kind in the Southeast. It offers versatility and elegance to fit the needs of our clients' events.

For larger events we also offer our vintage reproduction of the 1843 English wagonette. This carriage is designed to carry a large number of passengers who sit on long bench-style seats facing each other. The driver's seat is separate and mounted from the front, while passengers board the vehicle from a door in the rear. The rich forest green and black accents of this carriage enhance the historic nature of the carriage.
Large Gatherings Are Perfect For Our Team.
For each event our draft horses are groomed, decorated and dressed in our patent leather silver studded parade harness. Mane rolls, flags and ribbons accent these beautiful animals for the special event. We pay close attention to detail and can coordinate with any event.
Each staff member is dressed in appropriate attire that best compliments the events. Our driver is formally clad in tuxedo. Our carriage is then decorated in flowers, ivy, ribbons or banners.
